Description: Learn how to make homemade fudgy brownies from scratch! Gooey, moist and delicious, this recipe for brownies is better than any boxed mix brownie you'll try. Give em a try! What you'll need: 1/2 cup vegetable oil (120ml) 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (170g) 3 large eggs 3/4 cup white sugar (150g) 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar (50g) 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup all-purpose (plain) flour (100g) 1/4 tsp salt In a small pan over medium heat, heat oil and chocolate chips. When chocolate chips begin to melt, remove from heat and stir to melt. Set aside and let cool. In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add sugars, instant coffee and vanilla. Whisk well to dissolve sugars. Add in melted chocolate and oil mixture and mix well. Add in flour and salt and mix until smooth and all lumps are removed. Pour batter into an 8"x 8" baking dish. Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 32-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with barely any batter on it. Brownies will continue to bake once out of the oven. Let cool before serving. Makes 9 2.5" square brownies. Enjoy!
