The good news is that it works "as advertised" and is super-simple to install and set up. Not so flash is the stiff and awkward GPS cable and GPS receiver setup. Yes, all this functionality could be created using a regular telemetry-enabled RC system and a separate flight controller running software like iNav but the Detrum system is a super-simple option for the tech-challenged amongst us. If you want a system that will "get you started" and you plan to by another RC set further down the road then this system is definitely an option for those first few models.
