I know this is hard to hear for most people but it is the truth. That doesn’t mean you won’t improve, but those improvements will be less and less noticeably over the years. In this video, I share why I stopped gaining as much muscle on my fitness journey in the last 5 years and offer a different perspective on muscle growth as a natural lifter. Having the right expectations and know how long it takes to see results is vital for your success. Aside from that, being able to balance fitness goals with life goals is another area that no one talks about. At some point in your journey, gaining muscle and getting leaner won’t make your life any better.
