Description: Physique Update - Every Two weeks for the next seven weeks I will be updating you all with a physique update. I feel as this is a way for me to share with you my progress with the Thor Workout Program, and to motivate you to pursue your own goals or transformation. My goal is to share with you all the behind the scenes on what I eat and how I train to build a body like The God of Thunder. You can do your cardio HIIT after your workouts or on the days you're not weightlifting. Start with just Three weightlifting days along with your two cardio days for at least two weeks. Then you can increase it to 4x a week of weight training or 5x a week if you're feeling fully recovered. If you’re still feeling really sore after your workout, take another day to recover and just stretch or go for a hike/walk. *NOTE* If you’re more advance you can do three days on one day off. For Example Mon, Tues, Wed, workout and take Thursday off. Then you’ll continue with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday off and repeat on Tuesday. Remember This workout is going to challenge you both Mentally and physically so just trust the process and stay positive. Make sure you’re getting 7-9 hrs of sleep and track your calories to see how well you’re recovering. Do you think you have what it takes to train like The GOD OF THUNDER? Here is the Split Monday Back, Shoulders, and abs - Ring pull ups 5x 5-10 reps - Ring Face Pulls 3x 8-12 reps - Barbell Military Press 5x 5-8reps - Dumbbell lateral raise 3x 10-15 reps - Pike ups 3x to failure - Knee raises on p-bars 3x to failure - Battle ropes 30 sec *superset* Jump Rope 30-60 sec 5-8 rounds Wednesday Lower body - Front squat 5x 3-5 reps - Single leg deadlift 3x 5-10 reps - Side lunge 3x 8-10 reps - calf raises 3-4 10-15 reps (machine or dumbbells) - Box jumps 10 reps *superset* (Sledge hammers on tire 10 on each arm) Five rounds of that with 60 sec rest Friday Upper Body Chest, back, arms, and abs - weighted chin up 5x 3-6 reps (back and arms) - Weighted dips 5x 5-8 reps (Chest and triceps) - Ring Face pulls 3x 8-12 reps - EZ Bar curls 3x 6-8 reps - Superset with - French press 3x 6-8 reps or (Rope Push downs 8-12 reps) - Incline DB curls 3x 8-10 reps or Hammer curls - Superset with - Diamond push-up - Air Dyne 15 sec *superset* 45 sec jump rope 4-5 rounds Active recovery 2x per week or you can do it after your upper body workouts. Select two of the cardio exercises below and do 5-6 rounds - locomotion 10 mins (see the links above) - Circuit 5 rounds complete two exercises for time then rest one minute and repeat 5-6x - Battle ropes 30 sec - Sledge hammer 30 sec (medicine ball slams) - Box Jumps 30 sec - Tire flips 30 sec - Stretch Saturday Rest ( Outdoor Activity ) Sunday Rest (Stretch) *Advance Athletes Split Routine 3 days on 1 day off* Example Weight train Mon,Tues,Wed, then take Thursday off and repeat Friday. Do your cardio workouts after your training. Only do Two cardio sessions because we want to keep size and you'll be training Six days a week.
