Facebook Page - facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - instagram.com/masalakitchen_recipe Recent Upload:- youtube.com/watch?v=TntnAqcV6K0 #VegSandwich #HealthyGreenSandwich #SandwichByMasalaKitchen #GarlicChutney #TandooriChutney #SandwichChutney INGREDIENTS: For Chutney: * Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves(धनिया, पुदीना पत्ती) - 1.5 Cup * Raw Mango(कच्चा आम) - 1 * Salt(नमक) * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2 * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp * Ice-Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े) * Namkeen Sev/Papdi(नमकीन सेव/पापड़ी) - 3-4 Spoon For Garlic Chutney: * Dried Kashmiri Red Chilli(सूखी कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 8-10 * Garlic(लहसुन) * Lemon juice(नींबू का रस) - 1/2 Lemon * Salt(नमक) * Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Spoon * Water(पानी) For Tandoori Chutney: * Mustard Oil(तेल) - 2 Tbsp * Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp * Garlic Chutney/Sauce(लहसुन की चटनी/सॉस) - 1 Spoon * Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1/2 Tsp * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp * Garlic Masala(लहसुन मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp * Plain Salt (सादा नमक) - 1/2 Tsp * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp * Thick Curd(गाढ़ा दही) - 2 to 2.5 Tbsp For Tandoori Sandwich: * Onion Slices(प्याज) * Tomato Slices(टमाटर) * Boiled Corns(उबले हुए कॉर्न) * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) * Cottage Cheese(पनीर) * Salt(नमक) * Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) * Bread Slices(ब्रेड स्लाइस) * Butter(बटर) * Cheese(चीज) For Pasta Sandwich: * Boiled Pasta(पास्ता) * Garlic Sauce/Chutney(लहसुन की चटनी) * Tandoori Chutney(तंदूरी चटनी) * Green Chutney(हरी चटनी) * Boiled Corns(उबले हुए कॉर्न) * Cheese(चीज) * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) * Oregano(ओरिगैनो) * Tomato Slices(टमाटर) * Onion Slices(प्याज) For Mumbai Masala Sandwich: * Oil(तेल) * Mustard Seeds(राई दाना) * Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) * Potato(आलू) * Salt(नमक) * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) * Lemon juice(नींबू का रस) * Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) * Cucumber(खीरा) * Tomato Slices(टमाटर) * Onion Slices(प्याज) * Sandwich Masala(सैंडविच मसाला) For Paneer Sandwich: * Cottage Cheese(पनीर) - 50 Gram * Salt(नमक) * Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) * Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) * Thick Curd(गाढ़ा दही) - 1 to 1.5 Tbsp * Cucumber(खीरा) * Tomato Slices(टमाटर) * Onion Slices(प्याज) * Butter(बटर) RECIPE: For Chutney, in a mixer jar, put Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, chopped Raw Mango, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds, Ice Cubes & Namkeen Sev/Papdi in it. Grind it & take it out in a bowl. For Garlic Chutney, in the mixer jar, put 8-10 hours soaked Kashmiri Red Chili, Garlic Cloves, Salt, Lemon Juice, Sugar & some Water. Grind it & take it out in a bowl. For Tandoori Chutney, in a bowl, take some Mustard Oil, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Garlic Chutney/Sauce, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Thick Curd & mix them all well. Give it a smoky flavor as shown in the video. For Tandoori Veg Grill Sandwich, take Bread Slices and spread some Butter, Tandoori Chutney on it. Put some veggies like - Paneer Cubes, Capsicum, Onion Slice, Tomato, Corns & grated Cheese. Then apply some Green Chutney & keep it on the Veggies. Then apply some Garlic Sauce & put Veggies & cover it with the bread slice. Roast the Sandwich on the tawa & make it crispy. Then cut it into pieces & garnish with some Cheese & serve it. For Pasta Sandwich, take a round slice of Bread & roast it on tawa by applying some Butter to it. In a bowl, take some boiled Pasta, Garlic Sauce/Chutney, Tandoori Chutney & Green Chutney, Corns & mix all well. Put the Pasta filling on the Bread & put some Cheese, Shimla Mirch, Oregano, Tomato Slice & Onion Slice. Cover it with a lid & cook on a slow flame. Make Bombay Masala Sandwich & Paneer Sandwich as shown in the video. Serve the tasty Pasta Sandwich & enjoy.
