Grind 2 chopped bananas in a blender and keep aside 2. Take 2½ cups of jaggery powder in a pan and add ½ cup of water 3. Cook it till the jaggery melts 4. Filter the jaggery syrup and keep it aside 5. Heat 4 tbsp of ghee in a thick bottomed pan over low flame 6. Add 2 cups of wheat flour 7. Sauté this for 5 minutes over low flame 8. Now add the banana paste 9. Mix well 10. Add the jaggery syrup 11. 2 tbsp of chopped badam 12. 2 tbsp of chopped cashew nuts 13. and 1 pinch of cardamom powder 14. Mix well 15. Stir occasionally and cook this over low flame for 10 minutes 16. Add 2 tbsp of ghee 17. Mix well and turn off the flame 18. Grease a tray with a little ghee 19. Transfer the halwa into the tray and level it up 20. Top it up with split cashew nuts and badam 21. Keep this in the refrigerator for 30 minutes 22. Banana halwa is ready to serve 23.
