Description: If you've ever felt like you weren't GOOD enough, or that you weren't pretty, or that you were UGLY - this video is for you. We've been made to feel like we can never reach the standards of beauty that society has set for us. And quite frankly - we can't. These beauty standards have been set SO HIGH, and the expectations put on women are so unachievable, that it's no wonder we often feel down about ourselves. And i want you to know that it's NOT your fault. We've been conditioned since childhood, that females are supposed to look a certain way. Look at Barbie, Bratz Dolls, Disney Princesses... they all have big eyes, small noses, perfect skin, pouty lips, tiny waists and slim figures. So even as children, we're beginning to subconsciously judge ourselves on the way we look, and compare ourselves to the 'ideal' female characters that we see. Even super famous influencers, insta models and celebrities are victims of these unachievable beauty standards. Why do you think so many of these women end up changing the way they look with fillers and botox? It's such a vicious cycle. Anyway, I want you to know that YOU are PERFECT as you are. Whether you're skinny or curvy, have acne or smooth skin, a button nose or more prominent nose, light skin or dark skin - YOU do not have to fit into this BOX of what society tells you is 'beautiful'. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. You do not have to look the same as everyone else. I love you x
