Same procedure as on Day 15 :) No need to rush. Take all the time you need to figure out the right arpeggio and scale connections. Level 2 - Play all the arpeggios from every scale degree and keep a steady tempo. I included 7 different left-hand grooves from easy to difficult that you play around with while practicing your right-hand lines. Additional Exercise: If you feel that you are ready to take your lines to the next level, start experimenting with ghost notes. If you are new to playing ghost notes, try to apply them always on the same beat, just like I did in this lesson. Once your ghost notes are fully under your control, start to randomize them all over your jazz lines. Level 3 - Choose the most challenging left-hand pattern from "Level 2" and play through all the arpeggio+scale variations with that one challenging pattern. Make your lines sound fresh by playing around with accents and ghost notes.
