Description: Adapted from a character in Yaar 3 (a popular franchised thriller series following Yaar 1 and 2), Mr Thiru, the first season of Thiruvaai Malarvaai was incepted for Stories4SG. In the first season of Thiruvaai Malarvaai, the story documents the obvious incompatibility between Thiru and Malar, their incidental marriage and how their incompatibility is sorted out through a series of hilarious turns of events. The first season concludes with Thiru and Malar ironing out their differences and realising their subtle love for each other. However, Malar's ex-boyfriend enters their lives, leaving Mr Thiru in a state of shock. In season 2, Thiru and Malar have aged and they have 2 grown kids. The season is about how the parents try to get the children married off. The son has social anxiety and finds it hard to meet anyone. The daughter falls in love with someone her father will never accept. Each episode shall bear a plot that creates a laugh riot through guest artistes.
