I'm not sure who first came up with this idea but It's amazing. It became really popular last month I think (yes. I know I'm late to the party... AGAIN) and I finally decided to give it a try. It takes some time to roll all those 'rice paper cheese tteok' but it was definitely worth it. It has a really unique texture (somewhat close to tteok but not really tteok... kinda hard to explain lol) and it's really fun to chew + Really tasty.
