Description: Dutch grammar applied: in some situations we don't use an article (lidwoord) in Dutch with a noun (zelfstandig naamwoord). Season 3, episode 30 Xing is going to register at the municipality (inschrijven bij de gemeente). She needs her registration for her working permit and to open a bank account.
