Our biggest weakness as a group is that we all think our way is the best way. I guess we all probably have a tendency to think that way at times :) But, we weren't getting along. We weren't productive. We weren't inspired. There wasn't a lot of peace in our little corner of the world. After a while we realised that we needed to stop avoiding dealing with our problems, and instead face them head-on. We're still a work in progress, but we've never been happier.
