Description: 12 Boeing 747` s at Liege and Maastricht Airport. Today I have a few exotic Jumbo Jets you usually don`t see everyday. The Aerotrans Cargo Boeing 747 is back with regular flights at the belgian airport Liege and they connect Asia with europe with a techical stop at Astana. ER-BBJ previously operated for Singapore Airlines Cargo as 9V-SFG and was built in 1998. Aero Trans Cargo currently operates seven Boeing 747` s and soon they will receive another B747 which used to operate for EVA Air Cargo. I also filmed the green B747 of ACT Cargo which is another frequent visitor at Liege right now. ACT currently operates two B747` s for Qatar Cargo and three B747`s on their own network. In Europe they mainly use Liege as their base but they also often operate cargo charters to Cologne and Leipzig in germany. The third B747 is operated by JetOneX which recently bought several former KLM and China Airlines Boeing 747`s. It quite amazing to see lots of B747`s returning from the desert to start a second life in the cargo business. If you are interested in watching B747` s Liege is the place to be but if you are unlucky you won` t be able to see a single Jumbo Jet within 8 hours.
