Description: The river Skellefteälven run from the mountains to the sea, passing through the city Skellefteå. Late winter and the river is frozen, and from open spots smoke rises to the sky in the cold weather. Wildlife use the ice as a path for travel. This was filmed in February as a part of an ongoing long term project observing life around the river, going from winter to summer. Hope you enjoy!
