Different sized rods (rectangle, square, round, that you have to calculate wich size you need using the template) I also used 4 different sized pipes, using the template as a guide to know how big they need to be (3 made to fit into each other, and 1 big enough to make the lock) Scalpel Ruler Angle tool Pen Caliper Pliers - nipper, flat Tweezers Model drill + small drillbits File - different sizes and shape (flat, half round) Model filler (I use Humbrol) Polysterene glue (I use Humbrol) Paper glue Spray filler Spraypaint - Black, Silver and Gold (or the colour of your choise) Super sculpey - If you are using another clay to make the leg and want to cast it, make sure the clay is sulfur free as it otherwise might disrupt the curing of the casting (yes, super sculpey is sulfur free acordingt to their website) Sculpting tools (I use metal and silicone tools) Liquid fimo Clay softener Aluminum foil Wire - varying sizes Paint brushes Paint - Blue, Black, White, Silver (or the colours of your choise) Vaseline Silicone + harderner - for making a mold (I use RTV 70 ) Resin + harderner (I used TRD 50 Exellence but you can use the resin of your choise) ! Optional - Black pigment for the resin! Disposable cups - to mix in Stirring sticks A small scale (to weigh silicone) Metal mesh - used for filling up holes on cars etc Protective gear - gloves, safety glasses, dust mask *What is plasticard? Plasticard is a hard plastic, it's industrial name is High Impact Polystyrene Sheet . UK modellers know it as plasticard, in the US it is commonly referred to as styrene sheet, plastcard or plastic card. How do I cut plasticard? Scoring it with a sharp modelling knife or scalpel, then bend it along the score, it should break cleanly. What glues do I use? Polystyrene cement or any of the solvents or specialist glues that are used for the assembly of plastic kits. Don't forget to be in a well ventilated area, cause this make you dizzy otherwise..
