Ing: 2 cups of chickpea flour 1.5 cups of water (appropriate pls adjust) 1/2 tsp fresh ginger and garlic 1/4 tsp onion powder 1 tsp lemon pepper 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp sambal (chili garlic sauce) 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro (optional) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp olive oil for use when you start making the crepes Method: In a bowl start by mixing the gram flour in a bowl and add water slowly to reach the desired consistency, once you reach the right consistency is achieved add all the ingredients and mix well, keep aside for about 10 minutes and adjust the consistency as needed. Add a little olive oil in a pan and start cooking the crepes one by one and cook evenly on both sides. Enjoy with my red chutney. Enjoy! 🤗
