Description: Tiffiney Perry grew up participating, enjoying and excelling in sports — a love shared with her family. When a waterskiing accident in her 20s left Tiffiney paralysed, she knew she wanted to find a way to get back to action. Tiffiney continued to follow her sporting interests, and achieved success at a high level in para tennis and cycling. Sport intervened in her personal life too — she met her husband Chris while playing wheelchair rugby. Now in their 50s, and parents to Jack who lives with an intellectual disability, Chris and Tiffiney encourage others with disabilities to stay active and experience the satisfaction and lifestyle benefits of participating in sport.
