Year after year, we hear one side of the aisle argue that the need to do something about the rowdy crowds on South Beach, during Spring Break is about skin color while the other side argues that it's about safety. While I don't argue that race may be a factor in some peoples disdain for the South Beach Spring Break Crowd, we can not negate that at this point, safety has become an issue. Since the beginning of Spring Break, there have already been 5 shootings on South Beach. When the vast majority of the crowd is Black, what conclusion is left for one to draw.
