Philly is an east coast city about two hours from both New York City and Washington DC. Spending a weekend in Philly is a popular getaway for a lot of people on the east coast and abroad. Today we show you the East Passyunk neighborhood of Philadelphia which has some of the best rated restaurants, bars, and culture on the entire East Coast of America!
