Description: Here's a yoga practice for people experiencing restriction through the hips. This is going to feel especially good for runners, cyclists, and people who sit for long periods of time. This is also an ideal yoga practice for travelers. As always, move slowly and with intention. We start with a balancing hip opening stretch which will feel nice for the piriformis, and then we'll stretch the adductors, and the side body (remember, the whole body is connected), and then we'll work on opening the hip flexors and psoas, followed by the hamstrings.
