It starts at 14hz and moves to 12.5hz at 4.20 minutes then at 6.35 minutes it moves to 7.83hz (Schumann Resonance) for 12 minutes then drops to 0.5hz till the end. There is an underlying base frequency of 432hz which is enhanced within the music as well. For those of you who wish to MEDITATE: * Sit with straight back and close your eyes. * Put one hand inside the other on your lap with thumbs touching. * Concentrate on the tip of your nose. * Breath in calmly.
