Description: Hiit workout this morning! I tried this hit workout and I liked it a lot! I woke up this morning and realized that my body needed a rest from all the heavy weight, so this was a good workout to compensate for no weight๐คฉ You know your own body better than anyone, so if you think your body needs a rest day or a de-load week etc. take it! It is way better to be safe and look out for your body than to realize too late that you should have taken that rest day. 4-5 sets 30 seconds on and 10 second rests in between - side to side box shuffle -deficit curtsy lunges(15sec per leg) -reverse deficit lunge(15 sec per leg) -mountain climbers -box jumps -shoulder taps
