Description: The second and final part of our Rickshaw Run film. Our small and open vehicles had a max speed of around 25mph and we had a lot of distance to cover, so it meant driving from very early in the morning to often late at night. We were told not to drive at night and it became clear why, rules and lanes are loosely followed and people are FEARLESS. We’d be driving around a blind bend and suddenly see a truck, on our side of the road, with no lights on, hurtling towards us giving us no choice but to throw the Rickshaw off the road. This sure was a trip to remember. This film, Part 2, starts at Day 6 and shows our ups and downs of the next 8 days until we finally reach Jaisalmer! In 2018, Will and I, along with 4 other mates, took part in the infamous Rickshaw Run. A gruelling and hilarious adventure travelling over 3000km in the world’s most uncomfortable vehicles. It wasn’t plain sailing, it was mad, we were very lucky to see India in a way that very few ever do. We shot hours and hours of footage over the 2.5 weeks and so never managed to truly get a grip on the edit - Until now! So cheers to Quarantine for that one! New to TOPJAW?
