Here is 30 minutes of calming music for a quick relaxing meditation. This peaceful music, enhanced with Isochronic tones, is ideal relaxing music for various relaxation techniques, meditation for anxiety and serves as stress relief music. Close your eyes and relax as you drift into a deep meditation that will relieve your anxiety. This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones. However, because we use Isochronic Tones it is not necessary. Once again, this is not a replacement for medical treatment.
