Description: A large group of persons with disabilities is protesting at Mandi House, New Delhi against the irregularities in the RRB Group D jobs reserved for handicapped persons. Railway Recruitment Board denied jobs to viklangjan despite asking them to come for document verification. These young men and women have prepared hard and cleared exams under the viklang quota. But now the RRB is refusing them to join. Many of these protesters are on hunger strike since 26 November 2019. The whole group is protesting on an open road at the Mandi House roundabout. They do not have shelter and any means to protect themselves from cold, fog, dew and rain.
