But most of us probably also know that it's not always as easy as it sounds. Many of the self care tips or self care ideas we see online, are difficult to turn into consistent self care habits. We get busy, life gets in the way, or we're just not in the mood to exercise, eat right, sleep enough and drink lots of water. The concept of self care has changed for me, over the last five years or so. I think there is a lot more to it, and that self care (as it's portrayed online) lost some of its core essence and meaning. So in today's video, I wanted to share my self care secrets with you.
