Yes we try to spay and neuter as many as possible, but it si like trying to catch a moving train These three started meowing one day across the street. I have no idea where they came from, there is no mother cat around. I am feeding them, I have dewormed them, they are having treatment for feline viral rhinotracheitis, but they are still very young to be spayed.
