Description: We recently tried Nick Digiovanni’s Bubble gum vodka and works great with Tonic, Soda, Ginger beer And for this special Cocktail, I used a "variegated pink lemon" It looks like a grapefruit. This lemon was discovered in 1930 in Burbank, California. it's less tart and more floral than a regular lemon I Squeezed 1 oz of juice and poured it into the shaker. 2 oz of Nick Digiovanni's Bubble gum vodka. dry shake and a regular shake to chill. Garnish with a pink lemon wedge.
