Description: In this video, I will show you how to calculate sales totals year-to-date, and month-to-date. We will use the DateSerial function, Aggregate queries, and the DLookup function. If you've been following my videos over the past week, I recently switched my whole system over to the ISO date standard (YYYY-MM-DD). Well, after checking on my personal year-to-date and month-to-date reports, I discovered they're wrong! And I've got a few hundred queries in my database to check. Now, a find and replace is easy when you're looking for "format" functions in VBA code. It's not so easy to do with queries. So, I'm going to teach the members how to loop through the QueryDefs collection and search for things in the SQL of your queries. Cool stuff!
