This workout is great for everyone and can be done 1-2 times a week. Here is the full workout! FRIDAY'S WORKOUT (DAY-5) 1) Dumbbell Arnold Press 7 sets x 15, 12, 10, 8, 6+8-10, 6+8-10 reps, (5th, 6th & 7th sets are drop sets & 7th set use a normal grip for presses to get a few more reps) 2) Seated Plate Front Raises 3 sets x 6-12 reps (Count 1-2-3 on the way down on as many reps as possible and then still keep the reps slow to finish your set & 3rd set is a drop set x 8-10 reps 3) Dumbbell Side Raises 6 sets x 15, 12, 10, 8, 6+8-10 reps, 6+8-10 reps (5th & 6th sets are drop sets) 4) Dumbbell Shrugs 4 sets x 8-12 reps (Hold each rep for 1-2 seconds at the top) 5) Rear Delt Fly Machine 4 sets x 8-12 reps ***OPTIONAL*** Rope Work To Burn Shoulders Out 2 sets x 30 seconds 6) Leg Press Calf Raises 6 sets x 15-20 reps
