Description: This is the amusing moment a rebellious elderly woman broke traffic rules by dashing through a level crossing with her mobility scooter in Taiwan. CCTV footage shows the woman ignoring the traffic signs and scooting past the level crossing just seconds away from it closing down in Keelung on April 15.
