I was shocked that one reason my hips had pinching pain was my own fault and took 5 seconds to correct. The other reason I had achy hips was actually because of the soft tissue in my glutes?!? As for your squat stance, there is a 5-second fix for that! Don’t start your squat in an over-extended (back arched) position! Start in a stacked position with your pelvis tucked under!
