Description: US Government BLOCKS League of Legends in Iran & Syria! (WTF!!) Welcome to The Screencap! As tensions rise between the US and Iran and Syria, [adlib God I sound like a real news site saying that] the US Government is apparently targeting video games? The US blocked players in those two countries from playing League of Legends. As of June 22nd players have started to report that when they log into League they are met with a message stating that the game has been blocked in their country, and since League is based in the US, it seems that they have to comply. But, the block doesn't prevent all players in those regions from logging in, those that use a VPN like PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS are able to sidestep this block and continue to get trash talked on this great MOBA game. These restrictions are subject to change, so hopefully the US Government lifts them so that all players are able to get back on the rift. Hopefully other games aren't hit with this same restriction though.
