Check out my Tik Tok for a house hack to put up a “pull-up rig” in your own room: vm.tiktok.com/GW6dmD __________ Beginner UPPER BODY Ninja Warrior Workout Try this: Assisted Pull-Ups (30 sec) Knee Raises (30 sec) Kneeling Push-Ups (10 reps) Tricep Dips (15 reps) For at home Tricep Dips, try dipping against a couch or a couple of dining table chairs you stabilize or put it on carpet to prevent sliding! * __________ Repeat Circuit x2 +Include a “Deadhang” (Hang on the bar straight arm) for as LONG as you can!
