NALTA TOSSA JUTE MOLOKHIYA RECIPE: Ingredients: 1000G CHICKEN 10 TBSP OLIVE OIL 1 TBSP SEA SALT 10 TBSP DRIED MOLOKHIA ½ TBSP GRINDED CARDAMON 1TBSP GRINDED GARLIC 1TBSP GRINDED CORRINADER 1 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CORRIANDER Recipe: 1) On medium high heat, add 2 liters water, chicken, salt, and cook for 45 minutes. 2) In another pot add oil, molokhia, and mix well. 3) Add little chicken stock; mix with whisk till get light consistency. 4) Add cardamom, garlic, coriander, and mix well. 5) Cover half way; stir every 10/15 minutes (to avoid molokhia sticking to pot).
