I had to build a quick structure using recycled building materials to facilitate their transition period- to acclimate them to our livestock guardian dogs and to give them their own "spot" they can return for meals, shelter and training. Leaving our alpacas in Washington when we moved to Nashville was incredibly tough, but it was what was best for them. Similarly, we are now able to give these alpacas a life that is best for them, and I am so excited to have these little llamapops running around the farm again!
